Manger of the Year (AL)

Las Vegas Venom manger, paranoid0, deserves the AL Manger of the Year Award. After not making the playoffs in season 7 and winning only, at the highest, 84 games over the past five seasons, paraniod0 was able to turn that around. In season 8 in Long Haul R Us, paraniod0 was able to bring his team back to the playoffs. However, Season 8 was very different than all the others. Paraniod0 brought the Las Vegas Venom all the way to the World Series, defending the American League Pride. Though paranoid0 lost, he still represented the American league by taking home the American League Championship and the Manger of the Year award. Congratulations paranoid0 and good luck in Season 9!

Manger of the Year (NL)

Anaheim Los Angeles Conquistadores manger, glowguy, deserves the NL Manger of the Year. In season 7, Glowguy barely making it to the playoffs by the Wild Card. Even though glowguy did not go far that season, the season to follow would be a season to remember. Glowguy went 95-67, going onto to face the Philadelphia Pirates for bragging rights of the National League. Even though glowguy lost, he still deserves to be recognized as the Manger of the Year! Congratulations glowguy and hope for good things next season to you.

Can she ruin another team please?....

New team in the AL, the Augusta Cushnoc started the season strong winning the franchise's first game of season eight. Since then they have dropped 5 straight and management was pulling their collective hair out trying to find out why. It seems that the ownership group hired a P.I. firm to follow the team and the result was shocking.

It seems that Paris Hilton has been vacationing in Augusta and seeing the need to keep warm during the cold Maine nights, decided to date a starting pitcher.....well.... pitchers.... well... okay.. she's dating the whole team. So the next time you go to a Cushnoc game, don't mind the stupid grins that the team has... just remember that Paris only stays in a relationship for about three months.... just in time for the stretch run....
